• Our windshields are extruded using a proprietary blend of Impact Modified Acrylic specifically formulated to resist shattering and cracking, increase product lifespan, and reduce the probability of potential injury that can occur as a result of breakage.
• A large percentage of competitors windshields are "straight" acrylic comprised of absolutely no modifier and are heavily prone to cracking and breaking without significant trauma (in some cases just from shipping).
• 100% of our Impact Modified Acrylic blends are produced in the United States by the premier extruder of acrylics in the world. The manufacturer of our blends have Optical Clarity requirements that are unrivaled by any other manufacturer in the industry.
• Much of the competition uses foreign based and overseas manufacturers that supply a lesser quality product, which is rarely uniformly blended, and loaded with many more visual defects plainly detectable to the eye. This inferior material is predisposed to Yellowing, Hazing, and Clouding when exposed to the extreme environmental conditions that many golf cars tolerate.

• This windshield uses the highest quality hinge available in the industry today. The polyurethane center is mechanically interlocked to reduce separating and splitting. It has been advanced wear tested completing hundreds of thousands of opening and closing cycles and performed flawlessly during accelerated element trials consisting of Extreme Temperature, Salt Water, UV and Ozone testing.
• Many hinges used today split, crack, and separate before the first season of use is completed resulting in a deteriorated cosmetic appearance and often rendering the windshield completely useless.
• All rubber clips, retainers, and grommets are injection molded from a high grade EPDM material that is inherently UV Stable and formulated to better weather elemental conditions.
• The competition uses base grade rubbers that are not UV Stable, harden too easily, inclined to crack and fracture, and frequently have to be discarded due to dry-rotting.
• Because of our unique fastening system for attaching rubber clips and retainers to the windshield, in the unlikely event that a component does fail over time, all parts are completely replaceable without having to purchase an entirely new windshield.
• The "glued-on" clips that our competitors still use are in constant need of attention as they often pull loose, fall off completely and become lost, and frequently needing to be glued back in place if the parts can be found. The glue itself weakens the acrylic, attacks the routed surface, and eventually results in cracking.
